Car registration papers unavailable
I have been trying to get my late sister's car registration papers but I'm not getting any help from Wesbank. First you get frustrated by listening to their music on the phone for approximately an hour, while waiting to be assisted, then you get transferred from one department to the next, and end up getting nowhere. I am disappointed.
