car registration cloned

Someone from Wesbank called me this afternoon to info me that my car registration has been cloned. I called Wesbank but I have been sent from to pillar post. I just want to know what must I do now? must I return the car? Must I go to the police station to report this?<br> <br> I just need someone to call me and explain to me what needs to be done. I cant just pay for a car and not use it. This is not my fault.<br>
