Car ownership paper not received after a year of settling

I had settled my car finance with westbank last year. I asked for my paper this year and choose DSV locker closer to me which was DSV locker at Penlyn Estate at Engen Begro Convience, I received an email to say the papers were dispatached and when some days passed I used the tracker number and found out that they are dilivered at Mounties Core Cape Town,never the less I did not recieve any sms for the password to go collect.On the 18 of May 2023,I sent an email to Westbank to inform and query my papers but received no feedback or response..
