Car installment refund

Wesbank is refusing to refund me a one month installment they received after the car was settled. I was involved in a car accident in December, my car insurance (Miway) approved my claim. The settlement for the car was R194 189.19, the retail value amount thar was sent to wesbank by my insurance was R***. Then the wesbank send me a sms and email telling me settle the outstanding/remaining balance of R7244.98 and I did pay the amount on the 11th of January. Unfortunately I'm under debt review. Debtco Group is my debt review company, they debited the money in my account on 20th of January and send R6084 if im not mistaken to wesbank without knowing that i have already settled wesbank. Wesbank was supposed to refund me that money since January until now but they are failing to do so. Me and my debt counselor Anathi from debtco Group have made multiple attempts on getting my refund but wesbank is refusing with my money ley alone refunding me. I want my refund back with immediate effect because it's been over 3 months requesting my refund. I have other accounts to settle with that money
