Car finance declined with no reason

Hi <br> <br> I recently app**** for a car finance though the ford dealership in Springs, Wesbank declined the application with no specific reason, I was then advised to contact Charity who I believe she was the consultant who was dealing with the application, she couldnt give the reason and I feel that not fair. <br> <br> As a client I think I deserve to know the reason so that I know exactly what to fix going forward . Can someone please look into my application and advise why the deal didnt go through <br> <br> Thank you
