CAR DAMAGE

<p>Good afternoon</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 25th of May 2016 my car was repossesed. I took my car to them which is ± 20km from my home. On the 14th of July I picked up my car at the wesbank auction centre in Midrand. About 30km’s into my journey the engine overheated and as a result I was left stranded along the N1. The breakdown towed my car from there. Upon further inspection it was noted that a water pipe was cut off during the car’s stay at Wesbank. As a result the engine has seized. I had to pay R21400 for the recon engine and the labour done on my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>I notified Wesbank (I included photos of the tampered water pipe) and they said they will investigate. Up until this day there has been no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm very unhappy about this and very disappointed with this whole incident. I don't expect any joy from Wesbank but people should make sure that their car is in order when picking it up from Wesbank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Willie</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
