CAR COLLECTION

i bought a car through wesbank, Im in errors. in the middle of march 2018 my wife was chased my a red car with a ghost number plate. only to find out it was collectors from wesbank. my wife was traumatized she was shaking. they told me they were send by wesbank to collect the car. when i call wesbank to find out about my errors no one wants to help. they referred me to the lawyers and i called them and they referred me back to wesbank. at wesbank no one is interested in helping to make arrangements all i can see is they are interested in collecting my car, i am willing to pay my car they tell me about summons which i haven't seen. I've asked for a copy no one is interested in giving a copy. Im left with one year to finish this car, Im not willing to loose it but, all they want the car not for me to pay
