Car collected 14 weeks ago...no allow to use it !

Wesbank is responsible for most of the delay.
I have no words to qualify the service we have received from Wesbank !
Summary:
- We collected our vehicle and signed our contract on the 4/12/2015.
- NATIS documents have been requested by Norlette van Niekerk (Nissan Limpopo Finance) several times since 17/12/2015.
- First answer from Wesbank on the 7/01/2016... 3 weeks after !
- 13/01/2016 Executor requested NATIS document from Wesbank.
- 28/01/2016 Executor finally received NATIS document.
- Mrs van Niekerk requested NATIS documents to be send urgently. On the10/02/2016, apparently she FINALLY RECEIVED NATIS DOCUMENT from Wesbank.
But now Limpopo Nissan resquest R630 for the new Roadworthy as it's expired...... Who's fault, not ours for sure.
We have already payed 2 installments for a vehicle we can not use. No registration !!!
We have been good customers for almost 17 years and we can not understand the execrable service that we have received same as the bad rate that was given to us.
We are suffering from all the inconveniences and we are not responsible for any of these.
