Can't get vehicle finance after debt review - WESBANK

I experienced financial difficulties for a few years. So I decided to go under debt review in 2016.

I purchased a vehicle from MFC before. Paid it off. I purchased another vehicle from Wesbank and paid it off.

In 2013 I missed a few installments on my Direct axis account. The account was put under my debt review. Direct Axis wrote off the account.

I paid up the direct axis account in full. And all my other accounts that was under my debt review. I have now settled all my debt and I have a debt review clearance certificate.

I app**** for vehicle finance at Wesbank and it was rejected. The consultants told me I could only apply for finance after 5 years because Direct axis wrote my account off in 2013?

I paid the the direct axis account off in full and it was listed under my debt review

I paid off 2 vehicles in my life time. I volunteered to go under debt review. I paid off all my debt. How can I be hold accountable for a direct axis account that was written off in 2013. But in 2016 its listed under debt review?

My credit score is very good but Direct Axis wrote a account off that I paid in full?

Now the First Rand group says I cannot apply for any credit by them for 5 years? Direct Axis is listed under the First rand group together with Wesbank.

Can you please have a look into this matter and assist me in getting finance for a vehicle. I bought 2 vehicles in 10 years, I'm planning on buying another 5 in my lifetime.
