Cannot Get Hold of Wesbank

<p>I made an arrangement to pay a reduced amount on my car installment through what seems to be Wesbank's financing arm, Colsol, which I did for 3 months. However, last week I got a call from a tracing department who say that Wesbank authorised them to take my car in for arrears in installments.</p> <p>I have been trying to speak to somebody at Wesbank to reinstate the debit order for the full amount as of 01 March 2017, and to make an arrangement to pay the arrears amount off, but nobody replies from Colsol nor from ********** <p>Would they prefer to repossess the car a to make an arngement to recover R6000?</p>
