Canceling of VAP premium from my Wesbank account.
Good day
My name is Sipho Mpetsheni I've been financing with Wesbank on my 2016 Polo vivo Comfortline my account is ***, my installment was R3890 then it went up to R4358 with policies from Wesbank VAP premium grouplife and VAP premium coverplus one of them which was a shortfall cover. My car was written off and my insurance Budget couldn't approve my claim on which I accepted it that. Now I'm trying to get hold of Wesbank for these 2 policies to cancel them so my installment can go down again but with no luck. Please assist.
