Can I just have my Natis docs please?
I sold and settled one of my vehicles financed at Wesbank on the 6th of August and proceeded to request the original Natis docs via email a few days later. Wesbank rep**** with various options for me to receive the documents. I selected a DSV locker near my property as the delivery option. A few days later I receive an email from Wesbank stating that:
"Due to the challenges our clients are experiencing with some licensing departments not accepting the bank's representative NCO documents, WesBank has decided to assist our clients with the Legal Titleholder change process. The following is required to act on your behalf: · R362.00transfer fee · Delivery address and two (2) contact numbers to deliver the updated Natis"
Thinking that it may be a **** attempt, I do some quick research and noticed a lady on Facebook corresponding with the WesBank agent about a similar situation. The WesBank agent noted that it is valid & correct, so I transferred the R362 to FNB Corporate & provided the FNB proof of payment.
a Few days later (today) I receive another email asking for the actual proof of payment again!? So I provided the one I sent when I settled the vehicle, as I already sent the proof of payment for the titelholder change process.
I am at my wits end with this now. Why do you initially send me that long confusing email about selecting a delivery option, only to tell me a few days later that your customers experience problems, and that you will do the title change on my behalf, if this was already known in 2020? Why don't you skip that first long email step, if you are anyway going to reply with a different option, after the customer makes a delivery selection? This is psychologically very draining and as I stated in my email I am not going to stick around if it's not resolved soon.
