Bying a car

My son bouggt a 2020 Polo Vivo at Thys Auto in Upington but its financed through Wesbank. My concern is that or according to me Wesbank is allowing car dealers to add prices of cars and not stick tp the general rates of the banks. The contracts are standard but the prices are not and Wesbank is allowing this to happen and in turn customers are paying sometines for stuff that the car dealer hes not done of which there is no proof and is allowed as long as it reflects on the contract. So my concern is that Wesbank does not protect the paying customer from ************ dealers or they either are getting something also from the deal. So I want to say that Wesbank and Thys Auto are not honest in their dealings with customers

No thank you but thank you for your response. This case was not resolve as you want letters of authorization but whats ironic on this is that my name and ID nr was used to buy this car. My conclusion is that Wesbank in is in it for the money and does not care about happens to customers/clients. They have no regard for customers hard earned money. Please Wesbank do not respond to this you are not and honest company and who can absorb any criticism.
