bullying and Harassment

On the 13th June 2022,I wrote a review about the pathetic service, bullying and the harassment I received from Wesbank. Clara Harvie a service resolution consultant rep**** to my review,She told me she has referred my complaint to the relevant department and that I will be contacted within 2-3 working days, it's now more than a week and no contact has been made. I unfortunately only received an email from Lorraine Mazibuko from colserve who was threatening me of legal action/court order because I refused to Surender the vehicle because according to her I was unable to finance it.4 minutes later she tried to recall the email which I had unfortunate opened and read already.
