Broken Car Saga

I bought a used car from a dealership in Roodepoort area. Problems with the car since the second day. I called Wesbank and I was told that because its a used car, I should afford the dealer to repair. Took the car for repairs, with no loan car,and after two weeks I received the car back and the problems still remained. Called Wesbank once again and I was told to go to the ombudsman. Returned the car to the dealer on the 12th May, once again without a loan car. Wesbank and dealer called me late June and tells me the car is ready for me to collect. We have gone from fuel starvation, part not available, to the cylinder head that was cracked. Apart from that, there was also discrepancies with the roadworthy. However, I told dealer and Wesbank agent that I do not want the car back as the dealer had more than enough opportunities to repair the car and yet he did not. However, once again I compromise and collect the car in August, took the car for a technical Dekra report. The report I received from Dekra is scary. From engine oil leaks to no bolts on gearbox housing apart from the car smoking like a chimney. Now please explain to me how is it not possible to cancel this contract? Wesbank who is your customer? Me or the dealer
