After having a negative experience regarding my covid relief extension for my vehicle! In comes Rodney, after lodging a complaint. Brilliant customer service from Rodney Nadar! He took the time to hear what I had to say, he took action and delivered! Rodney also took the time to contact me and keep informed of what action is being taken and he kept me in the loop each step of the way. Great service, great following up and most importantly, delivering and ensuring that everything gets sorted out! You need more people like Rodney that a genuine interest in REAL customer service! Give the man a raise and promotion!!!
