Breach of contract

My insurance sent confirmation letter to you on the same day and I was copied on that mail but you are still imposing your insurance and sending me policy schedule. NOW I have involved my Lawyers. No one has contacted me since I am besides myself. I took finance with west bank last year when I purchased my new BMW. all my vehicles had been previously financed by BMW in-house. Last month west bank took it upon themselves to include 1600 insurance on my instalment, from R8000 to R9500 obviously I did not account for that so therefore it was not successful. called them today and been told they have added this insurance without my consent. I am besides myself . I have my own comprehensive cover with Santam and never ever agreed to take cover with them at any given point. This is now forced upon me and will have additional charges as per the consultant. I NEED this rectified urgently so I can change the debit order dates on my finance and this insurance removed before I take this further.
