Breach of contract

Wesbank has recently emailed me to inform me that my account is supposedly in arrears. After being under debt review an agreement was reached. later on Wesbank requested an increase for insurance that they failed to disclose to me was charged. Despite this we agreed and paid a higher instalment which was agreed upon.

This week is received a email stating that Shawn isaacs will be collecting the vehicle. Proof of payment was provided detailing the payments to date. This was escalated to Jaclyn Gerber who to datehas not responded.
just a few minutes ago Shawm emailed stating that he would be proceeding to collect the vehicle. No response or explanation wrt the proof of payments or why there is \supposedly\" arrears on the vehicle has been provided.

We are also being stonewalled and not given any responses whatsoever. We are being victimised and threatened will legal action which is absurd as We have provided all the proof of payments to date which have been done without fail.

No response has been had with Jaclyn who refuses to reply to ur emails and to her colleague.

We are given the wesbank complaints email which illicits no feedback whatsoever."

Hello Nazcream,

We thank you for allowing us the opportunity to investigate your concerns.

The relevant Management has been in contact with you and discussed your concerns further. The arrears were accumulated due to the Insurance that you acknowledged. We await for your response due to the Comprehensive cover.

We hope you find the above in order.

Kind Regards,
WesBank
