Bought cover through Wesbank then they pass the buck when I want to cancel

In late 2017 as part of a Wesbank financing agreement I took up Motorite cover. Upon receipt of the policy I realised I did not comply and spoke to Wesbank to cancel the Motorite policy. They referred me to Motorite. In January I spoke to Motorite and submitted documents for cancellation as requested. Nothing was done In February I again contacted them and they confirmed that they would cancel the cover. As yet I have not received any confirmation - 2 months later

I was sold the cover through Wesbank but somehow when it is time to cancel, they refer me to the underwriter
