Nicole manthe Can you please get back to me, i know you people at wesbank you do not respond or get back to people. i spoke to Patrick nendouvhada a very very rude someone with a very Disgusting way of dealing with clients. i was requesting my refund as promised on one of my vehicles that i had settled. Patrick told me i will not get it because the car am currently using was or is in arrears that is still financed by wesbank, so inf i want my 1600.00 refund i must bring this car back and he will give me the amount that is due to me. i said to him if the other vehicle is in arrears i am willing to make an arrangement i am will to pay, but these funds have nothing to do with the other car. he gave me an ultimatum either i bring this car and he gives me my 1600.00. so lets make an arrangement since westbank wants the car where can i bring it?
