Blatant disregard for customers; wasting their time & money – Wesbank & TitleGuard

<p>Wesbank & TitleGuard have mislead, misinformed, ignored and wasted my money on a car financing deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am trying to sell my car to an equally frustrated buyer who was informed weeks ago that his finance was approved (***)</p> <p> </p> <p>17 August- spoke to Nazlie & Shaun at Wesbank who confirmed that car needed a full technical inspection from Dekra, so I had this inspection done.</p> <p>19 Aug – informed by Lee-Roy at TitleGuard that inspection should have been done at Bosch (which would have been almost R1 000 cheaper than Dekra)</p> <p>22 Aug – submitted all required documents (forms, technical inspection, road worthy, registration cert. etc.) to TitleGuard</p> <p>31 Aug – Lee-Roy calls to request an additional inspection from Mercedes (based on inspection papers in his possession for over a week). He assured me that this final inspection was the only outstanding item before the deal would be closed</p> <p>1 Sep – Submitted report from Mercedes showing no faults</p> <p> </p> <p>Numerous calls and emails to Lee-Roy from both seller & buyer during this time. But calls are seldom returned or taken as Lee-Roy seems to spend his days on lunch, tea & other calls when eventually he gets to work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have pushed away other potential buyers, continued to waste money on insurance as TitleGuard/Wesbank continue to string us along.</p>
