Being taken for a ride

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I am hoping to be helped as this is my last hope. My account was in arrears and an arrangement was made. I then called after receiving an sms about my account on the 27 of November . I spoke to a lady whom I forgot her name and advised me that no notes were left on the system regarding an arrangement on my account therefore an amount of over 500 was added onto my account which I need to pay together with my arrears. I explained to the lady but she advised me that the is nothing she can do.She can only do an arrangement for me for what is in arrears on my account devided in to four instalment. First payment was done on 27 November on the agreed amount. To my surprise today a guy named Tshepang called me to tell me about making an arrangement on my account . I explained to him that I made arrangements already on the 27 and payment will be made . The agent advised me that there were no notes to state any arrangements were made with me on the 27 Nov. He advised me my query has been escalated and will get a phone call from his manager so calls can be pulled on my account . I really need help cause I can not be held liable for an error I did not make. Pls help
