Being debited for a settled vehicle - again and again and again and again

My Wesbank account number is ***

On the 29 March Wesbank issued me with a settlement letter for a Vehicle which was owned by my company Lw Furniture Consultants.

Hyuandai H100

ND 175617.

The letter statement that an amount of R 5879.34 has to be paid by the 15/4/2016 and the vehicle was settled. This included a debt order of R 4493.78, which was still to come off my account on the 2/4/2016.

The amount of R 5879.34 was paid on the 11/4/2016.

Low and behold at the end of April, Wesbank again debited my account for R 4493,78 on the 30/4.

I contacted your call centre *** and explained the situation to your staff. All the time Wesbank accruing interest from my money.

The error was temporarily sorted out when I was credited on the 30/5 for R 4493.78. Need I say 30 days of interest for Wesbank.

Much to my surprise, on the 31/5 a day later Wesbank, again debited and amount of R 3573.02.

Yesterday morning I spent over 2 hours of my time on my cell phone, trying to get one of your staff to sort this out. I was cut off 6 times, and told twice that either yourself or A gentlemen by the name of Mishak would call be back. How surprised am I when neither Mishak or yourself have called me back. And the interest keeps growing.

Phoning back again this morning, I was discussing the issue with another consultant, how also just cut me off again!!!!

I eventually got hold of Collin, ***, and he said he wouldn’t be able to help me and Mr Mishak is on lunch.

I was given the email address of Neo Mogoba to address my complaint to... needless to say - he didn't reply!
