BEEN **** TO AND THEN ACCUSING ME OF LYING
I am not happy with Wesbank at all, we went to see Wesbank in December 2014 because we are trying to get out of Debt Review to try and make arrangments, we saw a gentlemen Alistair Gilbert, he said if we just cancell debt review then we will be liable to pay arrears even though we are willing to pay more buuut he said to us that if we get a court order then we can go on with these payments without being under debt review and also without paying arrears and wesbank wont be able to take any action I have got e-mails where he said he will give us a letter to confirm this as soon as we can give him a court order, so we phoned him yesterday and he is now telling us that he never said that and he has been working there for years and he will never do that so basically he is calling my friend a **** but I have got it on black and white where he says we can do that and he said he will give us a letter to confirm once we get the court order, and we are even willing to pay more toward Wesbank, so this needs to be sorted as I will take it further with proof i have after we were told we can do this as he was the one that suggested this to us about the court order......
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
WesBank is a service driven organization that goes to great lengths to render unsurpassed service to all our valued customers with every interaction. To this end, a senior manager has contacted you subsequently to clarify that the information provided to you initially is indeed sound because it is in keeping with the Bank's policies but also the processes as prescribed by the National Credit Act (NCA) in terms of Debt Review. A consumer is for the full arrear balance as soon as they opt to terminate the exemption and protection experienced whilst undergoing Debt Review because in the absence of legal reprieve, we revert to the original agreement. The enforcement of the agreement is however negotiable provided that a suitable short term arrangement is concluded.
We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.
Yours faithfully,
WesBank
