Battling for more than a month with private finance

<p>In January I started my private finance purchasing a vehicle private that is currently financed with Wesbank. After having all my previous vehicles financed with Wesbank being a loyal customer for many years. I thought this will be a easy process. To my surprise its not. Fahiem is the contact person handling my finance.He is just never available. After me having to call him everyday leaving messages and promised he will call me back battling up to an hour on my expense to get hold of him there is a different story each day if I get hold of him.He then promises to call me back immediately with feedback and never does. I dont know what to do anymore. Sending emails to managers with no feedback. Its a loosing battle. Its a month later. Should I rather just give up and do this all over with MFC who seem more eager to get business than Wesbank? </p> <p> </p>
