Basically Theft and no one cares

Hi,

I have been trying to get in contact with your accounts department. I settled my car finance with you but the amount paid to you was almost R5000 over the settlement amount. The phone gets put down on me and no one cares. That is my money - and R5000 is a lot!!! I am not happy! Why should I even have to beg and or contact you - you should be contacting me and apologising for basically *****ing....?
