Banks doesn't care about you once you get financed

Good day, My name is Marvin Mokate ID number *****, i bought car financed by Wesbank in 2023. The car gave me problem within 6months, i tried to reach to the dealer and the bank, they both failed to assist me. Later again it gave me problem after i fixing it from my pocket... I decided to surrender with the bank because I couldn't afford installment and mechanics...

They keep calling me telling me that i owe them, do i have to be treated like that. I gave them their car , now what do they want from me, threaten to blacklist me.
