bad service when unemployed
Purchase a vehicle through Wesbank and only have a couple of months left. Last year April our company closed down and unfortunately for me had no benefits and couldn't get UIF cause company didn't pay. From last year, tried to keep up with payments but couldn't keep up, debt collector phoned, added they R500, month on months. Got a call from Natalie and she said I need to settle the outstanding balance or get handed over, of witch I explained my story but she said there is nothing she can do but do hand me over (end of call). +- 5min later get a call from a lady saying she's from a lawyers office and that I need to settle the outstanding amount or make payments every month and that my outstanding balance is no long R28 thousand + but R37 thousand + and monthly is no longer R2200+ but R4500+ (ja write, I couldn't pay R2200 but R4500, I can). I really thought Wesbank was helpful but only if you do your payments but if you can't, same they couldn't care. Very disappointed. <br>
