Bad service Wesbank

I have been trying to apply for business asset finance for three day and am getting the run around, one wonders how these big corporates manage their business. Every time i go onto the web site to do an application it come up with some sort of error or just stop working. I finally manage to get to the point of having my application accepted and needed to attach documents, another dead end. i travelled to the Wesbank offices in Randburg and was told that they can't help as all the business finance people work from home. I have spent over two hours on the phone and get passed on to people that cant assist or the phones. Very frustrating when you are trying to give them business and you just get no help what so ever.
