BAD SERVICE REGARDING MY LATE DADS ESTATE

Hi my dad passed away more than a year ago and hes business is not sorted out yet and wesbank staff are telling us to pay R95.000 for the settlement amount and after paying that they still want more money from a my Mother that is not working ......we spoke to 2consultants and promised us that we must only pay the settlement amount thats just not fair we still going through a tough time and this is not helping. WE HAVE PHONE RECORDINGS TO PROVE THAT THEY **** TO US ....IF NOTHING COMES FROM THIS WE FORCED TO GO TO THE MEDIA ABOUT THIS AND TAKE IT FURTHER. My Mother is getting sick by the day and cause of stress.
