Bad Service from Wesbank Motor Fincance

My name is Kgopotso Vincent Ramphisa. I paid up my car more than 2 yrs back and I never received the registration documents to get it to my name. I recently requested the documents and they said it will take up to seven working days to courier it. It has now been over 10 working days and there is no response from them,. I have send follow up emails with no success. I am really getting frustrated. The reference number is WEF ********** 13
