Bad Service ,effecting our credit report
We got a settlement quote last year and we paid it up we got our paid up letter on the 30/09/2021 and it has not been upated since , this year we got a call from a lawyer saying we still own them ... This is been going on for months phoning and email them as still to date nothing has been done.
