Bad service

we have paid our car's outstanding balance in June. The agent promised that we would receive the papers within 2 weeks, serveral calls after that 2 weeks we were told that we need to pay an amount in order for wesbank to do the name change which we did immediately (3 July 2023) and emailed proof of payment. it has now been almost 2 months since that payment has been made and we are still waiting. If we had missed a payment we would have received a lawyers letter and 200 calls by now, but because we need something as a client we are not receiving any attention. Please do not put yourself through headaches like these rather do finance with another house/institution.
