Bad Service

I received a call on Monday the 11.02.2019 from WesBank the consultant calling me was Kobus. Kobus informed me that I need to pay the full amount of R 40 000.00 or he will reposed my vehicle I then try to explained to him that I will pay on Saturday the 16.02.2019 R10 000.00 and another R5000.00 by the end of the month (28.02.2019). He refused to listened to any reason and all he care about was threatening me that he was going to take my vehicle away from me. I also try to explained to him that I was shot in 2017 and was hospitalize for the whole year and due to that I lost all my contracts(Staff Driving), because I was not able to manage my business properly. At the moment I'm back on my feet and running my business myself I only need sometime to pay of my debts and bring my accounts up to date. All my account are in areas because I was hospitalize, but I'm trying my outmost best to bring it up to date. The taxi is my only source of income because I'm self employed and I cannot afford to loose it. I also told Kobus that I will pay my instalment plus R5000.00 on the areas as from March 2019 but it seems to me Wes Bank don't car about people only about money. Without my taxi I will be on the streets hungry looking for food and Wes Bank will be happy because they've got the taxi. I already paid R9050.00 16.02.2019 and I'm gone pay another R1650.00 on the 19.02.2019. All I asked is to let me pay my instalment and R5000.00 on my areas monthly until my account is up to date.
