Bad service

My Partner Mr Ditiro Claude Mothupi passed away on 19 May 2016 his ID ********** 737081, Wesbank contacted me about the outstanding amount on his vehicle account no ********** 3359 , I how much is the balance on the account , and the person who was helping me said it was about R49 000, I contacted in Insurance company IUA Business Solutions for the car , so they paid R90 000 to Webank for the car, but in October 10 2017 I received a letter if demand from HS&R Attorneys to pay, But Wesbank repossessed the vehicle in the process, so nobody contacted me about how much is outstanding after the Insuarance paid and after the vehicle was sold , so now I have this letter of demand from these Lawyers , am not sure of what to do next, I have a letter of Authority from the High court to handle this matter, Please help .
