BAD SERVICE !!!

I am GREATLY disappointed with the service I got from one of the consultants who was handling my account with regards to Vehicle financing (Balloon payment ). The service was appalling to say the least. To make matters worse , even their service for customer care complaints department failed to get back to me within the 48hrs specified in their email. 8 days later, I am still waiting !!
