Bad service

I am very disappointed about the service I got from collections department. Bad enough my sister was suspended, she calls to make payment arrangements and they say there is nothing they can do. She does not want free car, but requesting for the payment to be stopped for only the duration of the suspension. What service is this. So now the car must be repossessed. This is horrible service for a loyal paying customer who never skipped a payment even once. DISGUTED
