Bad service

Have received the most shocking and bearable service from Westbank and DSV courier, I am waiting for my documents I have been struggling since december and made payments.Have appointed a second person with his contact details when iam not available at the given address now I am being told the parcel was returned by Teboho Sithole and I have to pay again, what annoys me the most is Iam not given a concrete reason why we’re the documents returned and why was I not informed, we always get deliveries and drivers would call so what transpired in this situation.Cause which means same error will occur then I will be told again to just pay this is so unacceptable.
