Bad Service

I do not think that my complain was properly investigated. I bought a vehicle through Wesbank and I was un-employed for almost 2 years. I somehow managed to pay some installments. They wanted to reposes my vehicle in 2014 and I refused to let them take the vehicle as I traded in my old vehicle for the new one and therefore didn't want to part with the only vehicle. I also worked from home and managed to make some installments through dept review. In 2015 round about July they wanted to reposess the vehicle and I refused to give the vehicle as it was in an accident. The woman who came to reposess the vehicle took pictures and said she was going to email it through to the bank. A few months went pass and I haven't heard from the bank. Eventually I emailed the bank in Dec/January telling them to uplift the vehicle. A lady from Wesbank phoned me telling me that the bank do not want the vehicle back and that I can fix it or sell it and that my debt was written off. I send them another email asking for the papers they didn't respond. In the meantime I fixed the vehicle took me a year. Now that the vehicle is fixed I am struggling to get the papers. Wesbank is telling me that I must pay the arrears or R39000 in order to get my disk or permit sorted out as they wrote the vehicle off. I told Maria who is handling my account that I was told the debt was written off and that I can fix the vehicle. They not interested and wants the arrears paid. I told her that the bank never contacted me for a year and she told me they didn't have my contact details, of which is a lie they had my email address and contact number of which never changed for 3 years. I only have this vehicle, and I need it to do my work. Without a vehicle I do not have a job. Please can someone help me..
