Bad Instruction to transunion

Hi <br> <br> I told one of your consultants that I am resigning from my previous employer and that they must debit my account on the 30 August instead of the 23rd. this was done however when I look at my credit report it says I was 30 days overdue. please can you rectify this matter as I was never late on my payment
