Bad first car buying experience

I logged a complain that I want wesbank to cancel my finance for a Ford ranger XLT 4x4 2013 model white in color. Been told I'll be contacted by people attending to the matter Ever since December I haven't been contacted

Now I'm offered a Polo on the same amount for the Ford ranger of which is confusing me if no change on the amount for the car

Can I be assisted on this matter this was my first car buying experience and I just got a bad one.
