Bad customer service that led to me losing a vehicle, deposit and legal costs
I am still sitting with the issue that happened in 2010. I bought a vehicle, ended up with another vehicle. I was asked to test a vehicle and if I am happy with it, the dealership was going to fix all the issues. That turned against me. The rudeness and plain ************** whereby you felt that the dealership was thinking that they are making you a favour in selling you the vehicle. I then requested that they should put me back to the situation I was before buying the vehicle. Then problems started. I contacted the bank regarding the issues and also indicated that I wanted to cancel the deal. This was less than three days after delivery of the vehicle and noting that the things are no longer according to the actual agreed deal. Tried to cancel the deal with the acting general manager then, appointed manager, WesBank CEO, Risk Manager, went to the sessions without WesBank's representative at the consumer commission. There was a default judgment against my name without my knowledge by WesBank's attorneys. In 2020 they wanted to drag me to court with forged document that I have never seen. I then requested my attorneys to change the plea to defamation of character that was never opposed by WesBank attorneys. I also reported the matter to the banking ombudsman of which they failed to submit documents requested. The matter is currently with the banking Ombudsman and apparently assigned the investigator on the matter. I have also learned that people who worked on my account either left WesBank 2014 or later. This is very annoying because I want to continue with my life. I have this issue that was handled by WesBank's *********** employees still hanging over since 2010. I got recession in court 2011, whereby there were no documents in court at the time. This was a terrible experience one can be subjected to.
