Bad customer service at wesbank

My name is Tholinhlanhla Nxumalo a client of Wesbank my car was written off in October 2023, I than cancelled my tyre and rim, service plane and maintance plan all documentation was sent to Wesbank by Liquid capital in order for them to refund me and decrease my monthly installment however am still paying for the plans above. Ive tried calling in am not going through ive sent maltiple emails ive spoken to Olga Smith who also didnt really help me and just forwared my email to Abdul who hasnt responded ever since The sad part is that am now paying plans for the car which was written off and the car that am currently driving which I cannot afford
