Bad customer experience

i bought a Vehicle in 2015, been paying since i fell on hard times 2018 lost my job, the my wife filed for divorce

app**** for debt review , then had to stop it as i could not afford all expenses.

i emailed Wesbank on the 6th September 2018 , on the 18th October i got a reply back.

the debt review team leader Melinda Heneke, is just rude, she shouts on the phone like is the authority. i am also and educated person and not appreciate he attitude or tone of voice.

i am the one emailing Wesbank to arrange payment were i dont loose the car as this is my source of income. i advised i could afford R3000 PM and R15 000 in December 2019. which was declined. i know the account was re-structured.

I am not trying to run away of what is due to Wesbank , my intention is to fully settle what is due in full . I even asked if i can not extend the term.

outstanding amount R28200. full amount outstanding R127 000

Wesbank will not go bankrupt with and outstanding amount of R28 000.

I having been on Wesbank case since 6th September with nobody able to assist me .

the person dealing in these cases should know this is humiliating as it is they should have compassion and not look down on other people because believe me i was never in a situation like this , but life has humbled me.

my attorney is J Myburg in Bellville would could confirm the divorce. I had to explain what i did with funds i said i paid for the attorney fees.

I would like to advise Wesbank taking the car away does not guarantee all the funds will be retrieved if sold via auction . i am will to pay the full amount due to Wesbank benefiting both parties.

The individually dealing in these matter should take it case by case and not make blanket statements or judge anyone. Feedback should be given timelessly , when i log queries they would CC in or different individual and know-one had the decencies to reply or even acknowledge the email.

the entire attitude is you will loose the car and know-body is will to go the extra mile or think outside the box so that both parties come out with a solution. The entire 2016 & 2017 i paid the vehicle on Time , if i made arrangement previously with Wesbank and did not hold up to my end of the bargain i could totally get the attitude and heartless acceptance.
