Bad communication, zero feedback
Send an email regarding a debit order incorrectly deducted after settlement was made. 6 days and no response. Try to call, no answer. They are very efficient taking money but customer service is absolutely pathetic. I will keep trying to call and may my prayers be heard to find answer......
