Bad Attitude and Service to match
<p>I wrote an email requesting assistance from Wesbank and received the following message within minutes..!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your message <br /> <br /> To: <br /> Subject: Proposed vehicle purchase Hyundai Centurion<br /> Sent: Wednesday, June 28, 2017 2:18:40 PM (UTC+02:00) Harare, Pretoria<br /> <br /> was deleted without being read on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 2:18:33 PM (UTC+02:00) Harare, Pretoria.</p> <p>How arrogant is that to delete without reading a customer's message.</p> <p>My request was asa follows.</p> <p>Good Day</p> <p>URGENT</p> <p>I am considering the purchase of a new vehicle from Hyundai Centurion and have been in contact with Wendy who handles finance applications at the dealer.</p> <p>I have been notified of a “pre approval” for the vehicle as per documentation. This was communicated at a interest rate of over 11%.</p> <p>As a repeat customer of Wesbank (both my Wife and I), I have concerns and comments regarding this application.</p> <p>Unfortunately I do not have a reference or application number.</p> <p>I am not used to approval taking as long as it is taking with this application for a final approval.</p> <p>I have never in the past been given a rate higher than the prime rate when doing business with Wesbank, and as such have a serious concern with what I know thus far.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope to have significant input from the correct level in order to ensure this can be concluded as per promised service levels as advertised and as per allmy previous experiences, where it was all done and/or approved at excellent rates and within in cases within two hors.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
