Wesbank is the underwriter for VW financial services.. They have taken it into their own hands to add Insurance onto my debit order and I have insurance. Now they refused a refund with documentation sent for proof. A month later and I'm still fighting for my money back. 5 calls to the VW Finance call center, 2 escalations with no feedback.
