B Tshabalala AKA Tumi very rude sister

Wesbank what a sad story regarding that company ,the disgusting behavior I got from the employees since last year. I have been unemployed for 6 months I am behind on my car repayment I call in to ask if there is any way they can assist ,the lady rudely shouted at me because I could not hear her properly and told me I just need to pay 75% ,even last year when I was struggling I was treated like a peasant and not to make it racial but it is racial with Wesbank ,they just took one look at my account and sad this broke black kafer. Situation are not permanent and once I am done being in arrears if you don't repossess my car ,I am never in my wildest dream using Wesbank and no one related to me in anyway will I allow to use Wesbank. Very inconsiderate even our own black sisters treat us like ******* on calls,I even doubt calls are recorded and listened too.
