Awefull experience - close to dishonest / theft

<p>I settled my account 23 April 2017, my debit order still went off end of the month. I have send 3 emails for refund, spoke to call centre 6 times and yet everytime they say a backlog and payment will be processed!!!!! They keep the funds as long as possible to earn interest on clients money ---- i will never use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
