Avoid Wesbank like the Plague
No Stars should be an option.
Avoid Wesbank like the plague if you want vehicle finance. It is an impersonal machine that needs investigating by the Ombudsman, and when you try to get a complaint reference number, Wesbank ignores you.
When a company gets too big, its systems are for corporations, not individuals. If you're an individual looking to buy a car through vehicle finance, take another finance route.
